Usage Guide

Before first use

1. Wash the water-contact parts with mild soap and rinse thoroughly.
2. Place the fountain on a stable, level surface.
3. Fill with fresh drinking water without exceeding the indicated level.
4. Install the filter correctly and check that water circulates normally.

Everyday care

• Replace the water regularly and clean the reservoir.
• Clean the pump and water-contact parts according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Replace the filter according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule.

How to introduce it

1. Start with your dog's usual portion.
2. Place the bowl on a stable, non-slip surface.
3. Allow your dog to explore it without rushing or forcing them.
4. Monitor the first meals to make sure your dog can eat comfortably.
5. Keep the bowl clean and inspect it regularly for damage.

Cleaning

• Clean with warm water and mild detergent.
• Avoid abrasive tools that could scratch the surface.

How to use it

1. Press the suction cups onto a clean, smooth surface so the mat stays in place.
2. Spread a thin layer of your pet's treats or soft food over the textured surface.
3. Let your pet lick at their own pace and supervise the session.
4. During grooming or bath time, use it only when it is securely attached.

How to brush

1. Choose the size (Small or Large) that suits your pet and coat.
2. Start with short, calm sessions so your pet gets used to the brush.
3. Brush gently in the direction the hair grows, without applying excessive pressure.
4. Take extra care around sensitive areas such as the face, belly and legs.
5. Remove the collected hair from the bristles after each session.

For clothes, sofas and car seats

1. Roll the adhesive surface over the area with light, even pressure.
2. Use overlapping passes until loose hair is removed.
3. Peel off the used sheet when it is covered and expose a fresh layer.
4. Dispose of used sheets responsibly.

Fitting the harness

1. Measure your dog carefully and check the size chart before ordering (S, M, L or XL).
2. Put the harness on your dog and close all fastenings.
3. Adjust the straps so the fit is snug but comfortable — you should be able to slide two fingers under the straps.
4. Walk a few steps and check that the harness doesn't rub or slip.

Everyday care

• Check the fit and fastenings regularly and readjust as needed.
• Never leave the harness on an unsupervised dog.

Choosing the right size

• S — about 20 in (50 cm), for pets under 9 lb (4 kg)
• M — about 24 in (60 cm), for pets under 16.5 lb (7.5 kg)
• L — about 31 in (80 cm), for pets under 44 lb (20 kg)
• XL — about 39 in (100 cm), for pets under 77 lb (35 kg)

Setup and care

1. Place the bed in a quiet, draft-free spot your pet already likes to rest in.
2. Wash the removable cover following the care label.
3. Let the cover dry completely before putting it back on.

• Read the product packaging and care instructions before first use.
• Introduce new pet products gradually and supervise initial use.
• Stop using any item that becomes damaged.
