A simple routine
Wash the water-contact parts before first use. Fill the reservoir without exceeding its indicated maximum level and make sure the filter is seated correctly. During everyday use, refresh the water regularly and clean the reservoir and pump according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Where to place it
- Choose a stable, level surface.
- Keep it somewhere your pet can reach comfortably.
- Keep the area around the fountain reasonably clean and dry.
Good to know: A fountain does not replace normal cleaning. If water becomes dirty, the pump becomes clogged, or the product is damaged, stop using it until it has been cleaned or inspected.
